I am a landlord and the owner of two properties in Auckland. I’ve been using ATS for my property management, ongoing maintenance, and construction needs for the past five years.
As I live and work in Hong Kong and rarely make it home, I need someone I trust on the ground to take care of my properties. Sally from ATS is someone I trust.
One of my buildings is a leaky townhouse – I bought it before I had even heard of leaky buildings – which requires a lot of attention and tender loving care to keep the water out and in a fit state to tenant.
I’d gone through a number of builders and firms before finding ATS, and none proved up to providing an ongoing solution. With ATS, regular checks and fast preventative maintenance has kept the water out and the rent cheques flowing in. As well as ongoing maintenance, ATS has project-managed a complete re-roof for the leaky townhouse, and a renovation on another property, which included some fairly substantial retaining earthworks, and building a complete self-contained apartment in the basement under the house.
In every case, communication has been good, charges reasonable and the work high quality. They also manage to co-ordinate with and get on with tenants during work and maintenance, something not all builders I have used have managed to do. I certainly recommend Sally and ATS to any residential property owner.
