After getting proposals from several renovators, we chose ALL-IN-1 Renovations to completely renovate our main bathroom.
We found the design process with Josie and Sally very helpful, and the quality of the final product exceptional. Mauricio the builder was a very effective on-site manager, easy to discuss issues with and thoroughly practical.
Co-ordination of the various trades over four weeks went like clockwork with something going on every day. Can’t see how it could have been achieved in less time.
We will certainly contact ALL-IN-1 Renovations when our next renovation project is due.

When wanting to renovate our ensuite and after reading reviews about All-in-1, we decided to contact them. We were so thrilled with our renovated ensuite that we decided to renovate our main bathroom, toilet and laundry using all the same products that they had carefully chosen for us during the ensuite renovation.
We found Sally, Josie and Katherine great to deal with. They were able to problem solve when things weren’t straight forward and had great suggestions on what would look good. The quality of the work done was very good and all tradesmen were pleasant to deal with.

I’d gone through a number of builders and firms before finding Sally, and none proved up to providing an ongoing solution. With Sally, regular checks and fast preventative maintenance has kept the water out and the rent cheques flowing in. From a constant headache, the property is now stabilized and is more than paying for itself. Honestly, without Sally, I am not sure how I would have coped.
As well as ongoing maintenance, Sally has project managed a complete re-roof for the leaky townhouse, and a renovation on another property, which has included some fairly substantial retaining earthworks, and building a complete self-contained apartment in the basement under the house.
In every case, communication has been good, charges reasonable, and the work of high quality. They also managed to co-ordinate with and get on well with tenants during work and maintenance, something not all builders I have used have managed to do.
I certainly recommend Sally to any residential property owner.
